Expert Fire And Safety is an excellent company to work for. I am going into my fourth year with the company EFS. I’ve been promoted through the ranks, from starting position as a Firewatch to a HoleWatch, the position is better known as confined space attendant. I started with Expert Fire And Safety September 8, 2020.After being with the company the first year I was sent to Del Mar College to take some Safety Coordinator I was told after I would completed the course and got my six-month degree I would be promoted. This came directly from the CEO Roger Tiemann he was true to his word after I completed my six months I received a six dollar raise and was promoted to a Safety Coordinator which Intels; being in charge of at least 10 employees that are working either permanent maintenance or one of our projects typically it’s a 10 man team of HW & FW. Right into 2 3/4 years with the company I completed all of my OSHA courses online with expert Fire And Safety, as well as OSHA 10 an OSHA, 20 and several other safety courses that Expert Fire And Safety', had provided in-house training. I was coached and referred by a long time employee, and an excellent manager., The Project Manager, David O’Connor referred me several other courses, I could take at Del Mar in Corpus Christi or A&M University to get promoted to Safety Mgr., which is a huge increase in pay and I would get to travel throughout Tx. I would also get my own company, truck or a truck allowance as a Safety Manager with Expert Fire And Safety,and I completed the courses I was promoted after 3 1/2 years my Expert Fire & Safety, CEO, Roger Tiemann I was very excited to be promoted to a safety manager now I have my own company truck and I am working out of Baton Rouge louisiana. I’ve been here for 3 1/2 months now. I really appreciate what all Expert Fire And Safety has done for me. It is help me and my family I’m fully insured with great benefits and a lot of vacation time. Thank you God above for the opportunity you given me as well as Expert Fire And Safety and all the f Foreman  andManagers and the CEO Mr. Tiemann everyone that works for the company have really helped me alone.I’m a company man now with Expert Fire And Safety the company has been very good to me. I know there’s a lot of people that come and go but if you stick it out like I have an ask a lot of questions to upper management as well as the CEO would take the time to spend with you and punch you in the right direction if you don’t ask the questions you’ll never get promoted And you can fall through the cracks if you’re a go-getter for all you fellow employees that read this I know there’s a bunch of people out there that think different of me because I was promoted so quickly to Safety Manager but if you work hard enough withEFS, this company will pay off 100% it has for me Expert Fire And Safety is a wonderful company to work for… i’ve already turned in my vacation time for seven days paid vacation well-deserved!   my wonderful wife and my two wonderful boys that I’ve been blessed with. Can’t wait to take a vacation for seven days and I will not say where because I’m not sure who reads this, but God bless everybody and thank you for all the opportunities you given me with this company as well as paying for my school and helping me along the way, there is too many people out there to think with Expert Fire And Safety, first of all, I Thank My Lord God in heaven for opening the right doors for me. I put it all in his hands and second I think the CEO Roger Tiemann for giving me all these wonderful opportunities.
